Shweta started her acting career on Disney Channel in 2009 “Kya Mast Hai Life” She played the role of a tomboy, Zenia Khan. She then starred in Bindass’ “The Trip”. Next, she starred in the film “Zoo”, the first feature-length film in India to be shot entirely on iPhone. She has since starred in the crime thriller web series “Mirzapur”.
In 2015, she made her film debut, Masaan, playing the role of Shaalu Gupta. Shweta then appeared in the movie “Haramkhor” opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
