I have multiple social media debuts. My blog was my social media debut in 2005 and I’ve been blogging for over 16 years. My first video was posted on LinkedIn in 2016, not YouTube. My YouTube debut was in August 2017, and Instagram was in 2018. Most of what you see seems to be an overnight success. But it has actually worked for several years. This year, we’ve completed over 50 million views on YouTube, 49 million of which have occurred in the past year, even though we’ve been running the YouTube channel for four and a half years. That’s the power of consistency. Eventually the curve will prevail, and as you will know, this is history. “
