Adar Poonawalla is the CEO of an Indian billionaire and owner of the Serum Institute of India, the world’s largest vaccine manufacturing company (in terms of the number of vaccines produced and sold globally), founded by his father Cyrus Poonawalla in 1966 . He completed his primary education at Episcopal School in Pune and then went to London to complete the second half of his formal education when he was 10 years old. He completed his studies at St Edmund’s School in Canterbury before graduating with a BA (Hons) in Business Administration at the University of Westminster in 2002.
