Aadil started his career as a radio presenter with Red FM in Mumbai. He hosts a radio show (under his real name) “RJ Nasar’s Naughty Night” on 93.5 RED FM. The show airs from 9pm to midnight. In 2017, he quit his job as a radio presenter to devote himself to acting.

In 2020, he debuted as an actor in the Hindi historical drama film Shikara produced and directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
