Will Omega be in Boba Fett’s Book?
While not confirmed, it has not been denied either. That leaves fans hopeful that Omega will appear in Boba Fett’s Book. It’s certainly possible, as the character in The Bad Batch was revealed to be Boba Fett’s sister! As such, fans thought it would be nice to explore their relationship in greater depth.
Omega is introduced as a young female clone and assistant to Kaminoan scientist Nala Se, but she remains a mystery to the Star Wars community.
In the Bad Batch series, Omega meets the team and asks to join, but Bad Batch leader Hunter refuses. Fans were relieved that Crosshair decided to stay in Kamino’s Empire and return to rescue Omega.
Omega’s Big Secret Revealed
During the making of the Bad Batch series, we discovered that she was a direct clone of the source clone, Jango Fett. This effectively made her the sister of Boba Fett, who was named “Alpha” by his father Jango during Attack of the Clones.
As such, she was sought after and a valuable figure by Kaminos and the Empire. So she could ally with Fett in a Boba Fett spinoff. However, it must be remembered that The Book of Boba Fett is set 28 years after The Bad Batch, which means Omega will be even older.
We’ve also never seen an interesting live-action version of Omega. However, she is about the same age as Fett, so it could be a good relationship. Since this is a limited series, many felt her character was unnecessary and could be a distraction from Boba Fett. On the other hand, we think it’s a good idea!
