Why Naboo Starfighters Are Not For The Mandalorian
Many have claimed that the current episode of The Book of Boba Fett takes the show to new heights that it has yet to reach. yes no no this is the best answer because yes it’s nice to see Din Djarin again and no Boba Fett’s book is an underrated story that seems to be less than people want because they already Become so used to the flash and pomp that other shows and movies offer in the Star Wars franchise. But this episode, The Return of The Mandalorian, is pretty awesome. However, one of the strange turns is revealed in the episode, when Din is shown what has now become the hull of his new ship. From Razor Crest to N-1 Starfighter From The Phantom Menace, which is a nice nod to the prequels, is a huge turnaround. There’s a reason this boat isn’t that great for Din, even if many people correctly describe how it’s just right. Here are a few reasons why the Naboo starfighter won’t work.
5. Bounty hunting requires a lot of mods.
Bearing in mind the way Razor Crest is set up, one would reasonably assume that this starfighter would need to be heavily modified to not only carry real-time bounties, but possibly additional weapons that might help Din on one or more hunts. There might be a way to hide the weapon inside the ship, but right now the starfighter doesn’t have much more rigged than Din, and at best fits a smaller individual in the space of the space mechanic droid. Disappears when the model is still brand new. It would be interesting to think that this might be the boat Anakin used in the TPM.
4. The size is not what we need.
For combat, this ship will be perfect because of its speed and the possibility to be equipped with additional weapons. But in terms of constant firefights, this isn’t the kind of craft that works very well, and again, it’s not big enough for more than one passenger, and possibly a smaller individual or added gear. It’s hard to argue with its ability to maneuver and get out of tight spaces, but when it comes to overall utility and the ability to carry bounties like the Razor Crown, the Starfighter is sadly surpassed. Oh yes, the Razor Crest will be mentioned more than once.
3. Fast, but outdated.
Unless the weapons systems are as functional as they were decades ago, and unless the ship-mounted cannons can deal a serious blow, this starfighter has nothing but fire a few warning shots and get Ding off the field as quickly as possible. Firepower does matter in combat, and this craft feels better than a lot of spacecraft. Maybe if Din decides to tinker with the craft and find a way to optimize every square inch of the fighter, he might end up in a firefight for more than a few seconds, but unless the fighter has shields and hidden weapons, Din will need to rely on it more often than not. speed.
2. Finding replacement parts can be a problem.
The argument against this is that the entire fighter is patchwork Different parts, any part can be adapted. But there are definitely specific parts that need to work together in order for the fighter to work at maximum efficiency. This argument really doesn’t hold up because ultimately each part can be fitted to a fighter jet to make something different, but there may be some parts that may need to match each other to work.
1. Din really wants something like Razor Crest
The arguments against N-1 are a bit bland, but one of the most important is that Din is determined to take back the Razor Crest, because it has a lot of personal value to him. To be fair, while tackling it through one of the franchise’s more iconic locations and going over two X-Wings, he feels the smaller, sleeker craft is built on him, but it’s also easy to think he still wants to Ask for a Razor Crest. But when it’s all done and say it’s fair to think we might see Ding become attached to his new car, or we might see him find something else. The pros outweigh the cons, and we’ll have to wait and see.
