Auguste Delagrange died in 1921, allegedly from a stake in his heart. Allegedly a vampire, he regularly appears in scary people lists. Is the story of Auguste de la Grange true or false?
Who was Auguste de la Grange?
As the story goes, Auguste de la Grange was a vampire and serial killer responsible for the disappearance of several people in Louisiana — as many as 40, by one account.
He was “active” in the early 1900s, during “a period of vampire In the U.S”.

Ultimately, the item sold for over $250.
Real or fake?
Of course, there are also those who question the veracity of Auguste de la Grange’s story.
