HBO’s six-episode satirical comedy “White Lotus” premieres on July 11, 2021.
The series begins with a decadent Hawaiian vacation ending.
We met Shane (Jake Lacy) while waiting to board. After enduring small talk from other holidaymakers, Shane told them there had been a death at the White Lotus Hotel and Resort and the body would be on their plane.
As the story goes back to the beginning of Sean’s vacation, we see gorgeous VIPs arriving by boat, staff waving from shore, waiting to assure guests that everything will be perfect during their stay.
But we know something very wrong can happen.

Like previous classic HBO series Enlightened, Mike White’s The White Lotus excels at making viewers uncomfortable.

The second episode of the series, titled “A New Day,” premiered on Sunday, July 18. The remaining four episodes will air on HBO every Sunday at 9 p.m. ET.
Once aired, all episodes will be available on HBO Max.
Who is Belinda in White Lotus?
Belinda is the spa manager at the resort, played by actress Natasha Roswell.
In the first episode of the series, Belinda — after realizing that Jennifer Coolidge’s Tanya is mentally focused on massage — proposes giving the crazy lady a bizarre craniosacral.
