Meet Angela Gibbs
Actress Angela Elayne Gibbs, whose career spanned more than 40 years, received her first acting honor in 1973 for her role in Cleopatra Jones Annie.
Her most famous roles include Doris Jackson in Straight Outta Compton and Barbara Cochran in The People v. OJ Simpson. She has also appeared on popular US shows such as Grey’s Anatomy, SWAT, Suits and NCIS: Los Angeles.
Gibbs has also worked with star director Alejandro G. Inarritu as an acting coach on hit films such as Birdman and The Revenant.
According to her database On the page, Gibbs is from Detroit, Michigan, and studied at the American Film Institute. Born April 17, 1954, she is a short film director and producer.
Gibbs was also an impassioned man supporter Black Lives Matter movement.
Angela Gibbs is Marla Gibbs, the famous comedian. Marla starred in shows like 227 and Jefferson for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe.
What do we know about Laurel in This Is Us Season 5?
Angela E. Gibbs plays an old version of Randall’s mom Laurel in This Is Us.
In the season’s first episode, we learned that Randall’s biological mother survived the birth overdose we were initially told killed her. In the third episode, we also got a clue that an old Vietnamese man had a picture of Laurel.
