Who is Charlotte Faircloth, Amol Rajan’s wife?
British journalist and presenter Amol Rajan is married to Charlotte Faircloth. Between 2005 and 2009, she studied at the University of Cambridge, where she obtained a PhD in Social Anthropology.
Faircloth is an Associate Professor at the Institute for Social Research at UCL. Before working for UCL, she was a Senior Lecturer in Social Sciences at the University of Roehampton.
She is known for her published work including Parenting Culture Research and Feeding children inside and outside the home: a critical perspective.
Amal Rajan and his wife have been married since September 2013 in Cambridge Town Hall Square.
Amol Rajan’s career: From BBC to Radio 4
Amol Rajan was born Amol Varadarajan on July 4, 1983 in Kolkata, India. According to traditional Tamil custom, he was named after his father Varadarajan.
However, once the family moved to the UK, they shorten the nametake the second half of the name and name it Rajan.
As a child, the future journalist and broadcaster grew up in south London and attended Graveney School and later Downing College in Cambridge.According to him, it is there BBC Profile, Amor Rajan met his future wife Charlotte.
His first job was working for the Cambridge University newspaper, as its editor. He later went on to host The Wright Stuff.
Throughout his career, Rajan has worked with a number of prominent publications, including The Independent, The Salisbury Review, The London Evening News and The Sunday Independent.Recently, he was named Radio 4’s lineuptoday’s program.
Rajan made the announcement on Twitter earlier today and has received widespread support.

Rajan’s fans and Twitter followers were thrilled to hear about his new role, and many of them took to Twitter to congratulate him.
Amol Rajan has been announced as Today’s new host.
The BBC’s media editor will join the Radio 4 show’s presentation team later this spring, effectively replacing John Humphrys, who left in 2019 after more than 30 years on the show.
