Who will replace Kelly Ripa today? Kelly Ripa has been absent from the livestream with Kelly and Ryan for two days in a row, leaving fans wondering who will replace her and if Kelly is on vacation. Her interim replacement yesterday was TV personality Maria Menounos.
Who will replace Kelly Ripa today?
Live with Kelly and Ryan posted a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram yesterday, announcing that TV personality Maria Menounos will temporarily replace her.
In the video, Menounos declares as he prepares to enter the main camera frame: “Wait until you see this pillar!”
The announcement caused mixed reaction package from fans. A relatively small number of loyalists commented on things like “I wish she hadn’t been on all week.”
However, most reviews were very positive.
One Instagram user called her “a breath of fresh air,” while another called her “the most positive, happiest person I’ve ever seen on TV” and “a real [sic] inspiration”.
Who is Maria Menounos?
Menounos is an entertainment journalist, television personality, professional wrestler and actor.
She married husband Keven Undergaro in 2018, with whom she has been dating since 1998.
