Twitter user @CmoMarcello posted a video yesterday showing a car crashing into a crowd of celebrants on a suburban street.
Video shows the crowd quickly pulling the driver out of his seat and beating him, while in the foreground, one of the people hit by the car gets back to his feet.
Meanwhile, local newspaper The Advocate report Five people have been arrested for operating an illegal casino in the city.
