Liverpool’s Champions League quarter-final against Real Madrid was mouthwatering.
Jurgen Klopp’s side have their name in the hat after beating RB Leipzig 4-0 on aggregate in the previous round.
Zidane Zidane’s Madrid will provide the Reds with a tougher test than Leipzig, who have little to offer in their two-legged clash.
Attracting the La Liga title certainly has its positives and negatives for Liverpool fans.
Real Madrid are no longer what they used to be
Just three years ago, Liverpool and Real Madrid met in the Champions League final.
Both sides were close to the peak of their strength and were the best teams in Europe at the time.
Fast forward to today, and the duo stumbled from their mighty platform.
The Reds can take solace in Madrid’s shaky league and European form, even if their own are more precarious.
However, the Blancos have been unconvincing this season and the team remains vulnerable.
Liverpool and them adventure warn
Mention Eden Hazard to Liverpool fans and they shudder in horror.
The former Chelsea wizard has been a threat throughout his Chelsea career.
However, Hazard’s fortunes in Spain changed dramatically. The Belgian superstar has been plagued by injuries and his La Liga dreams have turned into a nightmare.
His latest knock on the door means the 30-year-old won’t be in Liverpool’s game.

Hazard’s performance against Liverpool was typical, although as long as he was fit enough he would be substandard in Madrid.
Thanks to the Reds fans, they don’t have to face this problem.
let’s be real
Despite problems on and off the pitch this season, Madrid remains one of the best teams on the continent and can never be underestimated.
After a shaky start to the campaign, their form has improved. They are unbeaten in nine games as they gradually climb up La Liga.
A team still similar to the one Liverpool faced in the 2018 final has achieved that.
Tony Kroos, Luka Modric, Karim Benzema, Casemiro, Sergio Ramos, Rafael Varane, Marcelo and Isco all stay Bernabeu.
A list of qualities and levels any manager would want to work with.
Even though it’s been a long time, they still offer a lot of threats, especially when a big European night like this arrives.
