How old is Sally Lindsay of The Wall?
Born in 1973, Sally Jane Lindsay is a 47-year-old theater and television actress and TV presenter. Lindsay has been active in the industry since 1999 and first got her first taste of success when she was 7 years old.
She appeared on television with the school choir during the January 1980 release of “No One Was Exactly Like Grandma.” The single reached number one on the UK Singles Chart.
Lindsay studied English at Hull University but changed direction after graduation. She later studied at North Cheshire Drama School and tried her hand at stand-up comedy.

Sally Lindsay met northern comedian Peter Kay at the age of 24. They are not related to each other.
Soon after, she appeared on Kay’s sitcom Phoenix Night. They also appeared together on Kay’s Comedy Relief single Is This the Way to Amarillo? 2005.

When did Sally Lindsay show up on Coronation Street?
From 2001 to 2006, Lindsay played Shelley Anwin on the British ITV soap opera Coronation Street.
She won the “Best Actress” category at the 2005 Inside Soap Awards. However, after playing Shelley for five years, Lindsay announced she would be leaving Coronation Street at the end of her contract.
