Meet Australian non-binary actor Zoe Terakes
Terakes was born in 2000 and is an Australian actor from Sydney. The 21-year-old actor’s first on-screen credits came as Pearl Perati in the Australian legal drama Janet King (2017) – They landed at 17.

They are also award-winning stage actors (pictured below): Terakes’ theatrical credits include View from the bridge (directed by Ian Sinclair), Shapeshifting and Wolves.

Terakes, 19, who came out as a non-binary trans man, said they received warnings that it would limit their career opportunities.
“I’ve been told I made the wrong decision…I understand why they say that. You do get classified. But for the same reason, if people don’t want to work with me, or think I can only do one thing, I don’t want to work with them either.”

Who does Zoe Terakes play in Nine Perfect Strangers?
Based on the 2018 novel of the same name, the American miniseries Nine Perfect Strangers gathers nine urbanites for a 10-day retreat in their peaceful home in the idyllic California hills.
Tranquillum was founded by Masha Dmitrichenko (Kidman) with the promise of curing various ailments of its guests. But, obviously, all is not as it seems.
In the series, Glory, played by Zoe Terrex, is an employee of the company. Other crew members include Delilah (Tiffany Boone) and Yao Ming (Manny Jacinto). The final episode of Nine Perfect Strangers, Ever After, airs today (September 22) on Hulu.
