Live out your childhood dreams with these 7 veterinary reality shows
Animals have a wonderful ability to help humans be the best version of themselves. They can help shy kids out of trouble or stay with the elderly. Animals teach us about the world, provide transportation, protect us, and more. In this crazy world, animals seem to have a deeper level of general intelligence than humans. Or as Dr. Doolittle once said: “But I like animals more than the best of people.” Then it’s only natural that every child wants to be a veterinarian at some point. They dream of spending quality time with animals and helping them. At some point, the actual reality of being a veterinarian is creepy to many. It’s a lot of hard work. It’s also a little gross if you’re squeamish. You have to do things like express anal pleasure. Veterinarians also have to see animals when they are sick and suffering, so many animals are not so happy to see them. It’s an important job, but it’s definitely not for everyone. Thankfully, a whole bunch of veterinary reality shows exist that can help you live out your childhood fantasies without having to reach anywhere near the animal’s bottom. These seven shows can entertain you and confirm that you’ve made the right career choice.
