Kevin Harvick’s career highlights hit 750 NASCAR Cup starts
NASCAR veteran Kevin Harvick played 750 games Sunday at Charlotte Roval. In which races did the 2014 champion win the most and where is the worst average of his career?
Kevin Harvick reaches 750 starts in Charlotte Roval
Harvick, 45, made his Cup Series debut in 2001 in Rockingham, North Carolina.
He has been drafted into Richard Childress Racing to replace the late Dale Earnhardt Sr, who was killed in the Daytona 500 last weekend.
Earnhardt’s iconic #3 became #29 because Childress asked NASCAR to provide the team with a different number.
Regarding his close friend Earnhardt, he asked for the next available number without a 3.
In his third start, Harvick will win in Atlanta — a huge cathartic moment for NASCAR and RCR.
He stopped Jeff Gordon in thrilling fashion – one of NASCAR’s most iconic races.
Harvick will continue to drive the #29 RCR until the end of 2013.
In 2014, he moved to the #4 Stewart Haas factory.
The Californian will take the crown in his first SHR season and has become one of NASCAR’s greats.
But where did he win the most games during his cup career and where does he rank all-time?

Harvick has most wins in Phoenix
On the Arizona short track, Harvick has the most wins of his Cup career — nine.
In 2006 and 2014, he recorded sweeps on the 1-mile oval — one of only two drivers to achieve this feat — the other being Jimmy Johnson.
Harvick won four straight between the fall of 2013 and the spring of 2015 — a Phoenix Cup Series record.
His 2016 Spring Split victory came just 0.010s away from Carl Edwards, after a final lap wheel crash.
Not only does Harvick have the most wins in Phoenix, he also holds records for the most top-five, top-10, and top-20 finishes.
His next best track is Michigan, where he has five wins in 41 races.
In the 2020 double, he swept the entire weekend – becoming the first driver since Richard Petty to win the Cup in consecutive days.
Harvick has won a total of 58 Pro Cups – from 22 different tracks.
Where does he rank in history?
Harvick currently ranks 12th on NASCAR’s all-time starter list, recently surpassing Sterling Marlin’s 748th.
Next on the list is Ken Schrader at 763, although Harvick will still have to race another 12 years to reach Richard Petty’s all-time record of 1,184 starts.
