He is explaining how much plastic actually cannot be recycled for various reasons.

So, after much guesswork, it turns out that the number is call Oatesa long-running Hall & Oates hotline.
If you dial this number (719-266-2837), you will hear a computerized voice telling you which numbers to press to hear a choice of four Hall & Oates tunes.
but why?co-creator of hotline Say It was originally meant to showcase what his communications company, Twilio, could do.
However, it proved so popular that it’s still running today – they even have their own Twitter contour.
