This comes after Fisher was diagnosed with a chronic disease in 2013 and wanted to raise awareness.
The purpose of her content is to help others go through the same experience.

This video is Amy’s vlog after she was discharged from the hospital on March 28.
Its title indicates that she tragically passed away on April 1.
In the video’s description, Tom said: “We are all proud of what Amy has accomplished in her life and thank you so much for your support. We hope that Amy’s legacy will continue to help many more in the future.
“Amy was, and still is, my soulmate, my first love, and I’m really heartbroken. I love you forever and ever, Tom x.”
The eulogy also mentioned that Amy’s sister Ellie also wanted to pay tribute in the coming days.
