Compared to boxing, Francis Ngannou has once again tried in the UFC what fighters pay in MMA.
Fighter compensation in the UFC has been a hot topic of discussion over the past 12 months. Ngannou was arguably the most outspoken of all his colleagues when it came to confronting Dana White.
Following the success of Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder 3, Ngannou revealed that he will turn to boxing at some point as the money there is far more than what he currently earns under the UFC.
So, is Ngannou really underpaid at the UFC? What is his career income? Here’s everything you need to know!
Francis Ngannou Career Earnings
predator He has fought 13 times in the UFC so far and won 11 times. All of his 11 wins came before the second round, making him one of the best fighters in the fight today.
However, his career earnings are not quite the same as some of the other big names in the promotion.
according to MMASalaries.com, Ngannou’s career earnings are just over $2.7 million. His biggest single-night payout came at UFC 260, when he defeated Stipe Miocic. That night, he made $580,000.
The outlet also revealed that Ngannou’s current net worth is between $3 million and $5 million.

What does Ngannou think about boxing?
In a recent interview with Ariel Helwani MMA hoursNgannou confirmed that he will “pursue the money available in boxing”.
He said, “Well, it [MMA] Harder [than boxing]. I don’t think I should be borrowing money for my training camp. One day, I will go after the money. I will definitely go boxing.
“I’m not challenging the system, I’m just talking about my rights. I haven’t signed a new agreement because I don’t want to sign on these specific terms because I don’t feel protected.
“I had to borrow money for the past two years and no one cared about it and I have no guarantees about the deal. So based on that experience, I am trying to get better terms for my contract, and my think I deserve it.”
