The secret to abs is a well-thought-out, balanced diet. All junk and fat must be eliminated from your routine. In an interview with Men’s Fitness, Zach shares his workout routine.
Day 1: Straight arm pull down, ab wheel roll out, seated rope row, suspension row, neutral grip pull up, lat pull down from knee, chin lift, dumbbell bicep curl.
Day 2: Leg Press, Hanging Squat Jump, Swiss Ball Hip Extension, Swiss Ball Curl, Reverse Walking Lunge, Climber on Slide, Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift, Butt Kick, Unstable One-Leg Calf Raise, Suspension Trainer single leg squat.
Day 3: Dumbbell Front Raise, Incline Pull Up, Dumbbell Floor Press, Push Up, Incline Dumbbell Press, Dumbbell Overhead Press, Cable Chest Press, bosu plyo Push Up, One Arm Down Press, One Arm Curl.
Each workout (days 1, 2, and 3) is performed once a week with a day off in between.
Zach earned a ton of compliments. However, the praise from his partner Dwayne Johnson means a lot to him. Zach thanked him for saying that it was him (The Rock) who inspired him the most to exercise to this extent and develop a perfectly healthy body.
