Alice Liu twitter drama explained in case you missed it
With covid restrictions sweeping across the globe, people are getting a little fed up. Last week, Twitter user Alice Willow (@alliinwillowland, now deleted) voiced her displeasure on the platform. Her frustration, combined with what happened afterward, made some Twitter users angry.
Let’s see what the fuss is about.
What did Alice Willow say on Twitter?
On Thursday (November 26), Alice Willow said on Twitter that she would continue to attend church despite covid restrictions in her area urging people not to do so. Willow added that she was willing to die for her religion.
Two days after the post, she tweeted that she and her husband had just tested positive for the coronavirus. She explained that it was particularly worrying news because her husband already had an illness that put him at high risk for complications related to the coronavirus, and asked her followers to pray for them both.
While Willow has since deleted her original Twitter account, the screenshots remain:
Who is Alice Willow?

One thing we know for sure about Alice is that, according to her new Twitter bio, she attends church and describes herself as a “Christian, servant of God.”
Some users also hinted that she may support Trump, as she refers to the novel coronavirus as the “Chinese virus,” semester Donald Trump uses it a lot.
Twitter reacts to now-deleted post
Twitter users who stumbled across Alice’s tweets while Alice’s old account was still active didn’t react kindly to the situation. Here are some more sober responses to the now-deleted tweet.
