104 Most Inspiring Mahatma Gandhi Quotes (2022) – Rich Celebrities

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi – a man known for his simplicity, love of nature and non-violent tendencies, had a major influence on world history, especially the history of the subcontinent: India and Pakistan. He was an Indian political leader, lawyer and anti-colonial nationalist. He did his law from London and then went to South Africa. After 21 years in South Africa (as a civil rights activist), he returned to India at the age of 45. He began rallying farmers, peasants, and laborers to protest the exorbitant land tax. In 1921, he won the leadership of the Indian National Congress Party.

This frail-looking man, with a strong mind, always took care of his people and his country. If it wasn’t for this man, the Indians would never have been independent from Britain. Gandhi served the people of India all his life.
