After graduation, she started working as a software engineer at Infosys in Pune. While working at Infosys, she joined “Crazy Legs”, a dance group made up of company employees. In 2016, she started her YouTube channel “Live To Dance with Sonali” and started posting videos there, while still working at Infosys.
The first video she uploaded was a couple dance with her husband in the song “Raabta”.
She quit her job for four years to pursue dancing as a full-time career. She rose to fame with her choreographic sequences on the songs “Nashe Si Chad Gayi” and “Shape of You”.
Sonali has a huge following, with over 2.01 million subscribers on her YouTube channel and 515,000 followers on her Instagram account. She also organized many dance workshops in India.
