Tips for losing weight
Hill lost weight by altering what he described at the time as a nutrient-poor diet. “I wish I could make something like a tablet or a genie or something, but I went to a dietitian and he told me what to eat to improve my habits and stuff.”
While Hill’s supervillain Seth isn’t exactly a jogger, in real life, the actor says running is a great way for him to relax from his training. He told Kidd Craddick that he “started the physical work, not the emotional run.”
He also said he started doing 10 push-ups a day on the radio show and did 100 push-ups on the last day.
In 2016, he regained his weight while filming War Dogs with Bradley Cooper and Miles Teller. Hill said he shined for his role as Efraim Diveroli, a real-life ex-arms dealer whose company is an arms contractor for the U.S. Department of Defense.
