Ashley Baylor is an American meteorologist. She currently works as a weather forecaster for WTNH (ABC Affiliat). Ashley joined the Weather Station’s weather team in January 2019. She has been interested in the weather since she was 9 years old. The year after Hurricane Hugo made landfall, Ashley moved to Charleston, South Carolina. The hurricane swept across the northeastern Caribbean and southeastern United States in September 1989.
Even though she hadn’t experienced a Hugo, the hurricane’s damage was still visible a year later. In 1992, still in Charleston, Hurricane Andrew hit southern Florida. While I’m excited to be back in New England and working with the amazing weather team on Channel 8, I will miss the friends I made in Virginia.”
