Antonio Aakeel is a British-born Indian actor from the United Kingdom. He is best known for his role as Omar in the British film Eaten by Lions (2017). Aakeel is one of the fastest growing young actors in the UK.

Antonio Aakeel was born in 1997 to Indian parents (Age 21; as in 2018) New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton, England. He attended Holyhead Elementary School. Antonio fell in love with acting at a very young age. It was in his school’s Christmas play that he had a one-liner role, and that’s when he decided to become an actor. He studied law at the academy before practising drama at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Antonio has starred in many plays, including the theatrical production of Guantanamo Boys, which landed him a small role in the TV series Skin.
