Will Joshua Jackson or Shaun Weiss make cameos on Game Changers?
It’s great to see many of the original ducks return to the Game Changer show, isn’t it?Rumor has it that Charlie, aka Joshua Jackson, may finally return to Disney+’s up-and-coming show, which wrapped its first season last year and should return for more hilarity. But while we’ve seen Guy, Connie, Averman, Fulton, and Banks, it’s nice to see as many of the team as possible, because Jackson and Shaun Weiss, aka Goldberg, if only for a season, maybe just an episode or two, Because that’s where all the others are. But they were a meaningful part of the fair show because they brought back the true spirit of the Ducks who lost their way and became the bullies the original team had to deal with in order to be recognized as a legitimate hockey team. To be fair, Game Changers’ team started off with a worse title, as Division 5 was still a few steps above Don’t Bothers.
Had the show aired years ago, it felt like it might not have been a good idea to join Weiss, who found himself in a legal battle over substance abuse. But at this point, it sounds like he’s been clean for the past few years, which is nice to hear, and interesting to see if he’s willing to say yes, it would be kind of nice to see him on screen again. It’s easy to assume that Goldberg and Charlie have a little bit of a connection because, like the other ducks, they do have a lot of common experiences that will connect them in ways that many don’t expect.
If Charlie shows up it feels like Charlie might need to stay but that possibility probably won’t come up because at this point Jackson does look like a busy guy because he’s still a busy guy but it’s a big The hope is that he’s showing up for more than just one episode in season two. There are more than one reasons for this hope, but one of them is Emilio Estevez not back Obviously, it’s easy to say this cut the leg from underneath the show because he’s a big reason why people keep watching. The whole story of the Ducks and the need to reinvent the team is of course one of the focus of the show, but the Mumbai coach became a big part of it because the character was a serious throwback from the previous Mighty Duck movie and, ironically, The thing is, despite hating hockey and kids back then, he owned an ice rink. In other words, he became the man in the original film, which means the writers must have felt the need for a reset to save Mumbai again. As Deadpool would say, “It’s just lazy writing.”
To be fair, if Mumbai were well adjusted and didn’t suffer a major setback, things might have been too easy. Or, maybe, Mumbai could be the only calm spot in the storm, in balancing hockey, their personal lives, and everything else that becomes the life of a son and his mother. But that’s not the point. Charlie could be the next big part of the show, and if the Ducks start getting lost again, it might get things right again, especially since when Mumbai was the coach, he said Charlie was the core of the team and as a member of the original Duck, which means a lot, can be written like this. It might sound contradictory, but sometimes a lot of scripts feel like they’re pre-made from various molds that Hollywood rolls out from time to time.
But even with that in mind, it would be great to see Charlie and Goldberg come back to offer their wits and their presence, because it might be a little cool to think about how Goldberg can teach the Ducks goalie some extra lessons. It would be interesting to see Charlie offer his wealth of experience, or even see Charlie get unlucky or in trouble and need redemption. Game Changer Season 2 Should hopefully return sometime in fall 2022, so a bit of a wait, but not bad. Plus, there are other changes to the show, but we’ll talk about those later.
