Here’s a roundup of rumours surrounding Tottenham and a possible transfer window signing.
We reported last week that Tottenham were linked with the likes of Nicolas Gonzalez, Julian Araujo and Milan Skriniar.
Our transfer update reveals the latest gossip surrounding the Spurs camp.
Potential transfer window signings
Christian Erickson
Christian Eriksen linked to loan return to Tottenham, according to reports Sky Sports Italia.
The Dane has fallen out of favour under Inter Milan’s Antonio Conte and is reported to be keen on a return to North Longnon.
Club chairman Daniel Levy is said to be unwilling to pay for a short-term deal. However, Spurs could benefit from Eriksen’s creativity, with the team relying heavily on Harry Kane and Son Heung-min.

Angel Di Maria
Jose Mourinho is reportedly keen to reunite with former Real Madrid winger Angel Di Maria. Todo Fissayes.
The Argentina international has a lot of experience and his contract expires this summer.
Still only 32 years old, he seems like an affordable option.
Jesse Lingard

Possible transfer window exit
Sergio Reguilon
Tottenham are reportedly at risk of losing full-back Sergio Reguilon to Espanyol’s former side Real Madrid. era Writer Tony Cascarino.

Reguilon joined Tottenham from the Spanish giants in the summer, but the deal involved a £41m buyback clause at the end of the next two seasons.
The report suggests it would be a surprise if Madrid decide not to exercise the clause, suggesting Spurs may already be at a disadvantage.

Dele Ali
Dele Alli is on his way out of Tottenham, according to former Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood.
The former England international made a comment Soccer Saturday part of Sky Sports (16/16/21 at 1:25pm).
Alli has struggled to secure a regular starting spot under Mourinho and has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain. In Sherwood’s view, Ali will be “a superstar elsewhere.”

Eric Lamela
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano insists Eric Lamela will remain at the club during the transfer window.
The Argentine has been linked with the Italian club who previously played for Roma.
He has been battling injuries this season, but columnists for The Guardian and Sky Sports Italia suggest Lamela is only focused on Spurs.

Toby Alderweireld
Ajax manager Eric Ten Haag has dismissed reports that Spurs centre-back Toby Alderweireld is a target for the Dutch giants.
Talk to ESPN via TargetTen Haag admitted Ajax had made contact with Alderweireld over a possible return to the club, but added they were not interested in the 31-year-old.
