Will ECQ be implemented in the Philippines?

On March 27, 2021, it was announced that the IATF (Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases) recommended the implementation of the ECQ.
The ECQ will be implemented from March 29 to April 4, 2021. This is to slow the surge in Covid-19 cases in Manila, Philippines.
GCQ: Meaning
There is GCQ before ECQ. The word came up a week ago.
It stands for General Community Quarantine. This “bubble” was created to slow the surge in Covid-19 cases. It has been increased through ECQ.
