RIP Tony was trending on Twitter following news of the death of a Fulham FC super fan on 19 June 2021.
Fulham FC’s official Twitter account also shared the news with followers. A statement read: “Everyone at Fulham is saddened to learn of the passing of superfan Tony Fisher. Our thoughts and thoughts are with Tony’s friends and family during this difficult time.”

What happened to Tony Fisher?
May 9, 2021 report Tony Fisher was admitted to St Mary’s Hospital after contracting covid-19. Tony’s son Mark said he was in “critical condition”.
One renew Fulham fans and friends received news about Tony’s health on 11 May. Later, when his heart was not doing well, he developed kidney failure.Tony Fisher was on dialysis in late May and also had an infection pneumonia.
Tony Fisher’s death was confirmed on June 19, 2021.

Fulham fans pay tribute to Tony Fisher
Hundreds of Fulham supporters (and even Fulham rivals) paid tribute to superfan Tony Fisher on social media.
A sort of Fulham fans The account tweeted: “So saddened to share the sad news of Tony Fisher’s passing. I’m so lucky to know Tony, a lovely man, kind soul, kind, helpful, great company, great support for #FFC Enthusiastic. All thoughts are with Tony’s family.”
Fulham captain tom kenny on twitter: “RIP Tony, really lovely fellow and Fulham legend… can always find you a mile away! It was fitting that you carried that trophy in our first win at Wembley.”
A sort of compilation video Photos of Tony Fisher from the Fulham game have even been posted on YouTube. He is as much a part of the club as those who work or play for Fulham.
Rest in peace Tony, aka Mr Fulham.
