Ted Lasso Season 2 Coming to Apple TV
Ted Lasso became a pandemic sleeper and is now back to play again. The show tells the story of American college football coach Ted Lasso, who is hired to coach British football team AFC Richmond. The first season was nominated for 20 Emmys and won the 2021 Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series.
Season 2 follows the aftermath of AFC Richmond’s relegation from the Premier League after beating Manchester City in the final moments of Season 1’s finale and explores the team’s personal lives in greater depth.

Is Banksy in the latest episode of Ted’s Lasso?
In the recent Ted Lasso episode Midnight Train To Royston, we saw Edwin Akufo, played by Sam Richardson, “meet” the famous street artist and painter “Banksy”. Well…so it might not be the real deal, but Akufo does believe it.
While drinking and dining for Sam on the museum tour, Akufo thinks they’ve just met Banksy, the real famous street artist. We see a middle-aged man drop his spray paint can and he is instantly recognised as a Bristol artist.

Banks was “identified” by the Mail on Sunday in London as a man named Robin Cunningham from Bristol, England.He is best known for his political graffitisuch as Napalm, Love Is In The Air (Flower Thrower) and his piece Love Is In The Bin, who shredded his art at auction.
However, many users felt that it would be very Banksy to play someone pretending to be Banksy in Ted Lasso to keep people away from smells.

Well, Charlie Chaplin did compete in a similar race to Charlie Chaplin and finished third, so you never know, it could really be Banksy…
