Boston Dynamics’ Boba Fett feature ‘breaks fans’ immersion’
Episode 1 of Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett is finally coming to Disney+, with the surprise appearance of Boston Dynamics’ robot dog, Spot, but fans aren’t too pleased with the newcomer.
The highly-anticipated Star Wars series revolving around Boba Fett’s mission to take over the Jabbacht territory has finally premiered, starring Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen.
Fans watching the show will see a futuristic dog resembling Boston Dynamics’ Spot, criticize as out of place.

There’s no CGI magic here, it’s actually a couple of Spots running through Tatooine.
At 18 minutes and 17 seconds into the first episode, three robot dogs are walking down the street with Boba Fett strolling behind them.
All eyes were on him because he wasn’t carried away by the trash, which Fennec Shand referred to as “a symbol of the power of the people of Mos Espa”, but Fett replied proudly: “I don’t look like a useless nobleman.”

Everyone loves dogs, but not these people.
