According to the Belarus Bears terms and Conditionsonly U.S. residents can buy teddy bears.
They will only ship items to addresses within the United States. All other territories are “foreign territories” – including Canada.

In the “Last Week Tonight” segment, John Oliver urged viewers to buy Belarus Bears teddy bears, not only for the Belarusian people, but “for me too.”
