Hartman open to fan commissions
Famous animation artist Butch Hartman (full name: Elmer Earl Hartman IV) Invitation commission Via the form on his website.
The short form invites the client to describe their commission—who they want Hartman to paint, in what style, etc.—and to choose the number of characters.

After submission, the client/client may be contacted for pricing details and request for a specific quote.
Hartman posted the results of some of these submissions on his Twitter for fans to enjoy. He sometimes includes a short video of the illustration process – as shown in the video below.
Butch Hartman Trace Line Explained
Despite his unquestionable credentials, some Twitter users accused Butch Hartman of tracking the work of other artists to complete the commission.
Some Twitter users posted side-by-side images of Hartmann’s committee, which they claimed were “original” artwork.
Other accusers have used the platform to redirect credit to people they claim to be the original artist.
Meanwhile, others have joined just for the ritual of tweeting a slam dunk.

The story quickly gained traction on Twitter, but it’s not the first time Hartman’s commission has come under fire.
Seven months ago, in the subreddit r/delusionartists, posts accusing the practice Got 70 comments and over 500 likes.
Despite some stomping online, there’s no evidence Hartman has ever tracked anyone else’s artwork.
When controversy arose around a particular Hartmann committee, another graphic artist offered a constructive contribution.
Eddiewho also accepts commission (though not currently), to paint one in the Hartmannian OddParents style.
