Alberto Udiano Malenco ([alˈβeɾto unˈdjano maˈʎeŋko]; born 6 October 1973) is a retired Spanish football referee. Since 2004, he has been an official FIFA international referee. Undiano is also a part-time sociologist.

2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup
Undiano was selected to referee the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada, where he officiated the match between Canada and Chile on July 1, 2007. He also refereeed the July 23, 2007 final between Argentina and the Czech Republic.
2010 FIFA World Cup
Undiano was chosen to referee the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. He was the only Spanish referee at the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Serbia won 1-0 in the group match between Germany and Serbia. Udiano received a red card in the 36th minute for a second yellow card for German Miroslav Klose. In the 59th minute, Vidic received a yellow card for handball and also awarded a penalty. Udiano is Klose (2), Branislav Ivanovic, Alexander Kolarov, Sami Khedira, Philip Rahm, Nevin Subotic, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Nemanja Vidic awarded yellow cards – nine in total.
