Five players who could debut in Australia-India series
You will always remember your first time – whether it’s a car, a smartphone or a relationship. Playing your first game for your national team is also a moment you will never forget. Most of us can only dream of stepping onto the field to represent our country.
That sentiment could be on the horizon for five cricketers during India’s visit to Australia. The four-test series will begin on December 17.
India will make room for two walkers and a batsman, while the Australian camp is ready to cap a bowler and an all-rounder. Here are five players we think are worthy of debuting in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
Mitchell Spearson (Australia)
Queensland Long Leg Pants Mitchell Spearson He made his debut in the Cricket Australia XI against the New Zealanders in Sydney in 2015.
Despite not bowling in the game, the 27-year-old has been in fine form since. He took 140 wickets with an average of 33.95.

Spurson’s dream debut will be in Adelaide, where he has ten wickets. If he gets the chance, the Queenslander will want to repeat the magic.
Michael Nasser (Australia)
Another seasoned Queenslander, the 30-year-old striker is a seasoned player. After playing 59 first-class games, Michael Nasser has won 195 wickets with a stunning average of 25.74. He owns seven four-door tractors and four five-door tractors.

As an added bonus, Neser scored 1,936 runs with an average of 25.47, including 11 50s and 1 century (Creek Information). He will be a great addition to the already dominant Australia tempo offense and reinforce their lower batting order.
Shubmangill (India)
The class and glamour of the Shubman Gill have become apparent over the past few years.The 21-year-old has an exciting average 68.78 in top-notch cricket.
Meanwhile, in the IPL, he has developed into a batsman who knows how to score quickly when needed. Punjabi talent scored 203 points in IPL 2018, 296 points a year later and tops the 2020 edition with 496 points (how to count).

It will be interesting to see India U19 coach Rahul Dravid’s longest influence on Gill.
Navdeep Saini (India)
Navdeep Saini is one of the few Indian walkers who can consistently bowl at 145 km/h. Therefore, if he is selected, he will play a key role in Australia alongside Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami.
The Derry Pacers’ average of 28.46 over 128 wickets is an impressive feat. The 28-year-old has successfully completed four fours and five fives (Creek Information). The longest format will test his mental abilities with Australia’s notorious ability to get players in the skin.

Mohammad Siraj (India)
If there is one epitome of a self-made cricket story, it has to be Mohammad Siraj. Despite his humble origins, Siraj has managed to turn things around.

We wish Siraj all the best in his expected Test debut following the 26-year-old’s recent tragic loss of his father.
