Lily Allen, London singer if Smile, seeks for help with her confidence with a therapist. The singer, who lately has been spotted with an older  couple, admits that her mood is up and down.

Allen claims that her she want to achieve a “positive mental attitude.”

Talking about the therapy session she is about to attend as part of her motivational treatment.

“I’ve got a session next week with a guy that’s going to give me positive mental attitude,” said Lily Allen.

Allen had troubles with man, she was dating a 46 year old, at a radio interview she talked about that and she added that she is ready to be single this year.

“There’s no one who can tempt me,” said Allen to radio DJ Geoff Lloyd.
